How are Orange Bikes shipped to customers?

All bikes are professionally packed in our custom heavy-duty boxes. They arrive 85% assembled; you will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and perform a quick safety check.

What is your return policy for bicycles?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.

Do Orange Bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, every new frame comes with a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, while components and suspension parts are covered by their respective manufacturers for 1-2 years.

Can I track my order after it ships?

Absolutely. Once your bike leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
